The Cars

Our Cars are maintained to the highest standard to eliminate breakdown on the day – older cars have less to work on than the modern versions so less to go wrong. Though this has never been needed we never book all the cars out on one day (unless it’s a 3 car wedding) so we have a spare to call on in case of emergencies. If there is a particularly long journey we have a modern back up car with us as insurance.

Chris is a dab hand at mechanics and spraying the paintwork to keep it all looking like new. Dee looks after the interiors to make you feel like you are the only one who has ever used the vehicle. Clean and reliable goes without saying and gives you the confidence to travel in style in an older vehicle. We don’t travel at break-neck speeds but keep up with traffic through the towns – generally travelling at about 30-40 miles per hour to give you a pleasant ride and value for money. No point in whizzing through the High Street when you want to be seen.

It has to be noted that when we turn up at a lot of weddings the photographers breathe a sigh of relief and comment that the professionals are here at last!

	Citroen C4G 1932 Your choice of this large Burgundy and Black 1932 English built Citroen will surely be a pleasure to travel in to your Wedding in Milton Keynes or Bedford. A bit of French Chic with Brass trimmed windows, red carpet and black and fresh cream interior with plush suede -feel materials designed to give the Bride a very comfortable ride with no slipping on leather seats or risk of colour run onto your new dress. Easy to get in and out of with lots of leg room ( a favourite for anyone with a mobility problem). There is a side mount (spare wheel) which can be decorated with flowers. There is not another car like this in the Milton Keynes post code area that we know of – it is very rare but extremely reliable and wonderful for your photography making you stand out with no glare. This car can seat like a modern car with 2-3 in the back and a front passenger. A very comfortable ride in Style. Seeing is believing.
	Vauxhall Cadet 1933 One of only 5 known to be in good running order in this country so a very unusual car to hire. The Vauxhall is a bit larger than the Citroen and feels like sitting on a lounge settee – it has that much comfort. Again burgundy and black with chrome trim. The interior is honey coloured suede like material to make your travel in the Milton Keynes or Bedford area a pleasure to enjoy. The side mount (spare wheel) is usually decorated with silk flowers. Very reliable as we do all our own mechanics and very little to go wrong – no computer on board in this car! A very popular car with a big visual oomph to it. Feel King of the Road!
	Daimler DS420 Landaulet Arrive in Style in a Rare Brook End Classic Daimler DS420 Landaulet Limousine, presented in Old English White over Black with pale blue plush interior. You will enjoy a very comfortable ride in this very roomy car, the Daimler can seat up to seven people at a time if used with the occasional seats. The option of having the open top makes this car a very rare car to travel to your wedding in and is the only one in the Bedford and Milton Keynes area, so you will feel really special.
	Jaguar Sovereign 1991 This Burgundy Jaguar Classic Car is a very popular choice for the Bridal party so as not to upstage the Bride in the vintage model. The car is in pristine condition with Cream interior and complimenting the older cars. A comfortable ride for Bridesmaid or the Brides’ Mother and able to take a child seat.
